Neverland was tasked with creating the Chief brand identity, and a packaging approach that not only captured the brand’s candid spirit, but commercially delivered in a saturated market.

To begin, we established a bold, minimalist logo that ensures strong brand presence on small packets. Next, we conceptualised the aesthetic for their flagship products  Organic Biltong & Collagen Bars — with strong shelf-appeal thanks to their clean, contemporary look and bold use of colour and typography. We also set the tone for their point-of-sale packaging including shelf-ready units, multi-boxes and shelf wobblers.

Since their launch, Chief has experienced phenomenal success, becoming a leading name in the Australian Health Food market and setting their sights on international markets. Here in Aus, they have gained shelf presence in big-name stores including Woolworths, IGA, Ampol & BCF.

Alongside this expansion, the Chief team has taken their creative management in-house, using our original design templates to create new packaging for their expanding product range. As they grow, we are proud to continue to act as their Brand Guardian, touching base on new designs and brand refinements as needed.
